Its not historic and its not even a single seater, but I think you'll find this worth the watch, especially with the sound turned up !!!

This it a round of the Europeam Hillclimb Championship on the French venue at St Baume - Gemenos. The car is a sports racing/ LMP type, a French built Norma fitted with a 3 litre BMW 6 cylinder race unit, hence the fantastic note :) The driver is a bloke called Alain Castellana, one of the top drivers and I think you'll see why !!

Unfortunately the hills in Northern Ireland are not as long nor as smooth, but if I win the Lotto, I'll buy one of these b*ggers and go and join them :D
