Thanks guys ,  @Mk : Dag means the same in norwegian as in dutch. Dutch and norwegian has a lot of similarities Ive come to find out.

Already two races in so pardon my late reply , had some issues with getting a user going on the forum here. I first started driving gpl back in 03. Kept at it until 06/07 and picked it up again in 2015. Went online in 2016 and now Im just hooked. Found this league via gplweekly. Someone has a quote about this game being a drug and thats what it feels like to me at this point. Im spending what seems an unhealthy amount of time in a racing chair these days. My back hurts and certain muscles complain but I cant stop driving these cars in circles.. :Oo:

Straight into D1 here in a Honda is quite the challenge but the only way to a higher level is to drive against it. I really like the team aspect of this league , it is really cool to drive for something more than yourself and quite unique as I havent found any other league that offers something like that. But for now its just about scraping enough coins together to get into a slightly quicker car , not that the Honda isnt quick , its just not quick when Im driving it.. The good news is Ive been signed by Bend Racing to drive an eagle for them in the next couple of races so hopefully that can bring some decent results , but as someone said , you have to be finnish to score points...

See you guys on track!

Dag Dag :)

Good choice by Burt signing you, I guess it means Iestyn won't/can't race coming races? The Eagle is a great car for upcoming tracks, and I'm sure you can compete more to the front compared to the Honda.

You're a great asset to D1, another passionate driver who does also stuff for the community (GPL Weekly etc.).

Wishing you a lot of fun and finishes! :)

Thank you for those kind words Robert.

Not sure what the circumstances are , Burt wasnt very specific. I know the tracks and what car to drive. It was a short contract..

Hopefully I can join the midfield battle in the eagle but as always its about getting to the chequred flag , preferably without too many mistakes or damage. Thats always a win.
