occurs In the US, time changes Sunday 8 March... that means a 1 hour advance.
so oAo server will launch for qually 1 hour sooner than it does now, if where you are located does not also change time - or till where you live does change.

Currently I'll not be able to attend the Road America race as I'm away on holiday up in Scotland, but in today's strange times who knows what restrictions might be in place by the end of the month.
