Last night, not long after the sun had set, this storm rose up about 5 - 10 miles away. I had to grab my phone, so the quality is not the best, but I thought you guys might like to see this.

My wife and I are 45 minutes south of ZZ in Daytona Beach. We stood on the balcony last night for what seemed like an hour, utterly transfixed by that celestial light show.

Great footage ZZ. Must have been awesome to have seen it for real.
I started out with nothing and still have most of it left.

Fast, Cheap, Reliable. Choose any 2.

Beat it to fit, paint it to match..

Look closely at 3 of your closest friends. If they seem OK it's probably you.

Not to steal your 'thunder' by any means, ZZ, but I so distinctly recall a T-storm that my wife and I endured about 25 years ago in Bracebridge, Ontario.  It struck in the wee hours of the morning and knocked out the power.  The thunder claps were near-continuous.  We could walk about the house in complete safety seeing everything without the slightest difficulty as the lightning bolts were flashing non-stop.  Like it was daylight out there.  From our front porch, I swear I saw the illusive 'ball lightning' at one point and reported it to a radio station the next morning.  We suffered no damages but some nearby areas were without hydro for several weeks.
