I only just noticed that we are racing a reversed version of Aintree, which I have just downloaded.  However, there's no installer.  How do I install it, please?

Not to worry, Andy.  It's been decided to run that course in the more typical, clockwise direction.

What does the zip contain? Is it a track directory?

If so I guess you just copy it into your "tracks" directory and then use GEM season manager to add it to a season.

You should follow this link :http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=11829.
Download the zip file.
Unzip the zip file.
This will create a folder called aintreeR. You cut this folder and paste it into the track folder inside your main GPL folder.
Then go to the "Seasons" folder and open the file 67season.ini in it and copy these lines at the end:
[Event xx]
name=Aintree Circuit
shortName=Aintree 1954
trackDirectory=aintreer
month=10
day=2
numberOfLaps=54
startingGrid=4
flag=britflg
trackShortName=Aintree 1954
XX is the track number you have in file 67season.ini +1, because you are adding Aintree to it.
You can also do it with the GEM
Member of AtlasF1 GPL/NR2003/Mods/etc.

What Claudio said plus, increment the numEvents= line by one. It's right at the top of the file.

Thank you, gentlemen.  We're so spoiled by the track installer - it is well over 10 years ago since I had to do it this way!

Hmm... GEM lists it as "not installed".  I've also tried moving it to Season67 in GEM, but it won't.

*FIXED!*

OK so my lp file pack doesnt include the CCW version of the track, after Bruce told me to remove it :)

Here is the file for the CCW track, goes into .\GPL\tracks\AintreeR. Back up the old maxrace.lp first.
