I am afraid I won´t be able to race tonight. A very close friend of mine has been diagnosed something very bad and so I am not in the mood to race. I am very sorry.
You just go and race anyway.

Only moments ago did I jump onto the forum after seeing that nobody was on the race server. I think it best, then, that we stand down for the night.

Yes, standing down makes sense. Juan posted on facebook that he cannot make the race either.

I was having a great race fighting Art and Juan each and every lap at 400 Km/h (250 mph) sweeeetttttt
At a certain point we came 3 wide with no incidents, nice driving champs
Then first pit came and the tail just went loose and into the wall we both went, sorry Art if my bad caused your´s but from the replay I think we both blew it just the same. I´d practiced the pit entrance many times, the car was rock steady all the times, this was an easy one. Guess we left the tarmac a bit too fast and that caused the lost of grip.
As usual it was great fun while it lasted. Congrats to whoever won

I have to go away with the family for about 1 week, starting tomorrow or next Saturday, so I won´t be able to race this next Monday. I will set the server to host the race anyway, so feel free to race.
However, I got the server to be active one more month, so we can use it also during next January so to put less pressure on our Schedule.

We can deal with that when you return, have a good one
Congrats to Lee and Juan, seemed to be a close finish

Grats to Lee on a fine win! Ditto for the job done by Juan to finish a very close P2! Sorry that Terry and Art fell afoul of the real estate in their pit stops.
I thought that I had this one in the bag. After the 2nd stop, I got a nice lead on Juan and thought for sure that another late stop was on the cards for all contenders but those two fuel misers eked out enough to avoid a final splash. Grrr... Get you guys next time!
Not likely that I'll make this coming Monday's race if Arturo is a no-show. Just ain't right if the Supremo is absent.
Good to learn that we have a reprieve on the server availability.

Michigan worked for me too. The last 10 laps, racing Juan (and Art) were "white-knuckled" all the way. Congrats to Juan for the close second place finish.
You Eagle drivers need to talk to management about fuel consumption. Two stops under green should have been no problem at boost 1. I think boost 2 would have made it in two stops and boost 3 might have made it too.
